Tara Reid was first in the commercial world as an infant. It wasn't until she appeared on Saved by the Bell: The New Class that Tara Reid became a household name. Her acting has been questioned, but she's still managed to perform the roles she was playing with ease. Her breakthrough came when she got her big break as Bunny on The Big Lebowski. This was an excellent debut for her career which led to more roles in films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. However it is American Pie the cult movie that focused on sexual encounters between teenagers which established Reid in the spotlight as a promising actress on the horizon in Hollywood in her part as virgin Vicky. This did not lead to an enviable Hollywood life. Reid did not do well in films such as Josie and the Pussycats. The brief appearance on screen in American Pie 2 did nothing to revive her faltering career. Reid is known more as a fashion designer, a partygoer and party goer than acting due to her numerous offscreen mistakes she has made.
